Is there a free trial?
There's no time-limited trial. Instead, each product has a permanent free tier — 10 KYC checks and 100 KYT screens a month, no credit card — so you can test real calls before you pay.
How is KYC billed?
Two ways. Credit packs — $49 for 100 checks or $199 for 500 checks — are one-time purchases that never expire. Or take a monthly plan: Starter ($49 / month) includes 50 KYC checks and Pro ($199 / month) includes 500, alongside their KYT screens.
What happens when I run out?
Free tiers, Starter and credit packs are hard limits — you are never billed beyond what you bought; buy another pack or upgrade. Pro is the only plan with overage: $0.15 per extra KYT screen and $1.50 per extra KYC check, billed at month-end.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period, with no long-term commitment. Credit packs are non-refundable but never expire.
Which chains does KYT cover?
Every plan, including Free, screens all 10+ supported chains with auto-detect: Ethereum, Bitcoin, Tron, Solana, BSC, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism and Avalanche. Plans differ by volume and features, not chain coverage.
Do you have SOC 2?
